Whether boot camps as well as new learning and interaction formats, intranets, town hall meetings, presentations and lectures or the use of change agents as part of cross-location communication campaigns. All measures are coordinated via our ESSENTIALS Transformation & Change Office, which we set up individually for you. Controlled either directly at your location or from our office in Hamburg. Our team of experts will guide you through your change process – if desired, from the first idea to the hot phase of the announcement to the conclusion. On site, we can also take on direct communication with the workforce on request, are available as a contact for queries and support workshops.

The basis of all communication is a central storyline that explains your project in a well-founded and argumentative manner. Support from a professional camera team is an integral part of our training. Together with the participants we analyze the recordings and work specifically on an optimal effect in front of the audience.
